Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Kim Fowler is the Director of the University of Georgia Human Research Protection Program and has worked in the Human Subjects Office since 2007. Also an alumna of UGA’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), she found her calling in contributing to the vast and diverse human research enterprise.

Research Interests

Kim is interested studying how organizations implement policy, particularly institutions of higher education that implement federal policy such as the policy for protection of human subjects of research, FDA regulations, FERPA, and more.
