Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Kathryn is a public administration master’s student at the University of Georgia, specializing in policy process, in search of experiences that will enhance her understanding of the world and make her a better version of herself. She is dedicated to creating connections and building long-lasting relationships with her associates and peers. As a passionate public servant motivated to make an impact, she specializes in the intersection between public policy and communications, with the ultimate goal of working on Capitol Hill after graduation to pursue bipartisan initiatives aimed at promoting intergovernmental efficiency. From her various internships, on and off the Hill, she has garnered experience implementing successful policy and communication strategies from grassroots to federal campaigns, and has extensive confidence in her research, writing and creative skills. Kathryn now works as a Graduate Assistant for the Archway Partnership, assisting municipalities and local governments throughout Georgia with community-designed projects by connecting them to UGA’s experts and resources.
