Brown’s undergraduate studies including three bachelor’s degrees in international Affairs, Linguistics, and Spanish sparked a passion for national security, international policy, and defense studies.
By integrating knowledge from these diverse disciplines, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to professional discussions and projects as a Graduate Assistant at the Benson-Bertsch Center for International Trade and Security.
During the Summer of 2025, she studied in Busan, South Korea with the U.S. Department of State’s funded program, the Critical Language Scholarship.
Outside of academics, KB is a principal dancer with UGA’s Ballroom Performance Group. She is also an avid collector of J.R.R. Tolkien’s books and a high fantasy novel enthusiast.
