Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Damla grew up in Augusta, GA and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She currently serves as an Executive Recruiting Consultant with the UGA Search Group and is a first-year student pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration. She plans to specialize in Public Management and Organization Theory as she is interested in the motivations of civil servants and organizations as they relate to driving large-scale process improvement.
