Sam is a graduate of the University of Georgia; earning Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish. He is currently a candidate for the Master in International Policy with a concentration in international security and non-proliferation. His research within the MIP has included IAEA verification, international perceptions of nuclear weapons, and emerging nuclear energy markets and technologies. His interests include trade compliance, conventional arms control, nuclear safeguards and nuclear energy. He currently works with the Center for International Trade and Security as a Graduate Research Assistant.
