On November 18, 2024, the Women of SPIA held a lunch for students which featured a conversation with Deborah Roberts and Joan Carr, moderated by Dr. Audrey Haynes. Students learned about the experiences Roberts and Carr have had in their careers in the broadcast journalism and politics, respectively.
