Dhanakorn Mulaphong, a second-year PhD student in Public Administration and Policy, has been selected as the Best Reviewer for the Organizational Behavior Division for the 2015 Academy of Management Meeting, held in Vancouver, Canada. This award is granted to the top reviewers who earned the highest ratings from a reviewer ratings process. In addition to the Organizational Behavior Division, he also reviewed papers for the Public and Nonprofit Division. “This is my first time serving as an ad hoc reviewer for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, where I had the opportunity to review impressive papers from scholars around the globe, read about hot topics and trends in Organizational Behavior and Public and Nonprofit Studies, and learn some advanced statistical techniques, which these scholars employed in their research papers,” said Dhanakorn. “I am very grateful to Dr. Christensen, our PhD Director, for encouraging me and my colleagues to participate in this event.  We will use this opportunity to further develop our research and reviewer skills that are essential for our doctoral training and future careers.”
