PhD Candidate Presents at ASPA Conference 2016

PhD candidate Tommy Valentine presented at the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) conference a paper he co-wrote with MPA Director Dr. Deborah Carroll. The paper was presented at a special session regarding the Seoul Case Study Program (SCSP), and it was titled “Korean PAIRS: Non-Profit/Public Partnership Program that aims to repair Seouls’ filial responsibility through transit incentives.”

In addition to paper presentations there was an opening ceremony with the Director of Information System Planning Division, Jongwoo Shin, the Deputy Consul-General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle, Byungkwun Kim, and the Vice Dean of International School of Urban Sciences, University of Seoul.
