Benjamin Y. Clark was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, effective August 2015. Dr. Clark is a professor of public administration in the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University and received his PhD from the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia in 2009. Dr. Clark jointly appointed with the Master of Public Health program at Cleveland State. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the Association for Public Budgeting and Finance, elected for a term of 2013-2015.

Dr. Clark’s recent research has largely focused on citizen participation and coproduction in local governments. He also continues to research on local government financial condition, with an increasing focus on environmental finance. More information on Dr. Clark and his research can be found here.
