Scott Boardman, a second year MPA with a dual concentration in local government administration and public budgeting and finance administration, was presented with the Best Paper Award by Seoul Metropolitan Government and the University of Seoul. Scott’s paper, which focused on sustainable transportation policies, was chosen amongst a number of other entries for excellence in the area of policy management in Seoul. The Case Study in Seoul, offered by the Department of Public Administration and Policy, aims to further student understanding of city management and urban governance. In addition to UGA, other participating schools included Rutgers University, Central Michigan University, and the University of Sheffield (UK).
