GLOBIS Nonresident Fellow
Thalia Kehoe Rowden is an international human rights leader based in Aotearoa New Zealand, and Co-Executive Director of the Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI), where she has worked closely with GLOBIS. She holds a BA in Linguistics and an LLB(Hons) from Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. After further study in Applied Theology and Pastoral Leadership at Carey Baptist College in Auckland, she worked as a Baptist minister in New Plymouth, New Zealand; with Partners Relief & Development in Southeast Asia; and the Wellington Community Law Centre; before joining HRMI in 2018. She is a Pākehā New Zealander with English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry, and is married with two children. She lives in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington, New Zealand.
