Melissa del Aguila is Co-Executive Director of the Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI), where she leads global efforts to strengthen human rights data and accountability. An international human rights lawyer and evaluation specialist, she brings over 15 years of experience advancing rights-based policy and advocacy across Latin America and Asia. Melissa collaborates with academics, policymakers, and civil society partners to promote evidence-based approaches to human rights. She holds an A.B. in Comparative Politics from Princeton University and a J.D./LL.M. in International Comparative Law from Cornell Law School.
