A recent graduation from the Department’s Ph.D. program, Justin Stritch received the Dissertation Award from the Public and Nonprofit Division of the Academy of Management. His dissertation focuses on sources and effects of personnel instability related to public organizations. Dr. Stritch is currently an assistant professor at Arizona State University.
