CITS Distinguished Fellow Dr. Igor Khripunov was in Vienna, Austria the week of July 24th to speak at the annual meeting of the International Nuclear Security Education Network (INSEN) at the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Dr. Khripunov gave a presentation entitled the Human Factor & CBRN Security: A Review of a M.A. Course, detailing his UGA Master of International Policy course.
He also gave a second presentation at the NSSC-INSEN Ad Hoc Working Group on Nuclear Security Culture.
