Robert K. Christensen gave an invited keynote address at the Workshop on Behavioral Foundations of Public Service Motivation: Exchanging and Aligning Human Resource, Organizational Behavior and Public Administration Perspectives. The workshop was held at the University of Zeppelin, Friedrichshafen, Germany, Oct 2014, and was sponsored by the German Research Foundation (DFG). Christensen’s remarks, entitled “Public Service Motivation: It’s Alive. Now is It Normal?,” were given to an audience of international scholars and students interested in human resource management and public service motivation.
