Master of Public Administration (MPA)

I was born and raised just outside of Augusta, Georgia and attended Lakeside High School. I came to UGA in the fall of 2008 and I’m still here! Georgia was such a great place for undergrad because it offered me so many opportunities, both academic and for personal growth.

I majored in Sport Management, with the intent to pursue further education in that field, but life has a funny way of twisting and turning in ways you might not expect. After graduation, I began working at the University and I am currently in the Office of the Vice President for Finance & Administration.

I stumbled across the MPA earlier this year and, having worked in Higher Ed for the past five years, I see the MPA as an opportunity for me to better equip myself to make a positive impact in the communities and workplaces where I am privileged to live and serve.
