Master of Public Administration (MPA)

I am pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy with a concentration in Management. I earned my Bachelors of Science in International Trade, and Bachelors of Arts in Modern Languages German at Georgia Southern University in May 2016. After learning German in the classroom for eleven years, I studied and lived in Regensburg, Germany in summers 2014 and 2015. While in Germany I volunteered with three non-profit organizations, two of which are aimed toward immigration and the current refugee crisis. I completed a cooperative education opportunity with BMW Manufacturing Company in the Human Resources field. During this gap-year I was able to analyze, write, and implement business processes for BMW student programs, which focused on hiring domestic and international university students for internships following government regulations. I am a member of the 100 Collegiate Women of America Georgia Southern chapter, which focuses on leadership and mentorship in disenfranchised minority communities. My diverse experiences led me to pursue higher education at UGA in an effort to create a larger platform to improve business practices around the world.
