Hanna Yu

Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Hanna’s interest in public policy developed with her current position as a constituent service representative for U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson. Her overarching responsibility is to interact with Georgia constituents to ensure their issues with federal agencies are resolved professionally through effective problem solving. She works primarily with Georgia veterans on their issues regarding the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Hanna currently serves on the Board of Directors for Marietta Mentoring for Leadership (MFL) as the Communications Chair as well as being a mentor. MFL focuses on providing opportunities for students with the potential for high achievement in need of a strong network of members in the local community for their personal and academic growth. She also served as the Vice Chair of Membership for the Cobb Young Republicans during the 2016 election year with hopes to engage the younger generation in actively participating in the political process.

Hanna is a Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Philosophy.
