Getzen Lecture postponed
The 2010 Getzen Lecture on Government Accountability scheduled for April 8, 2010 in the UGA Chapel has been cancelled and will be re-scheduled for a later date. In recent days, Senator Isakson was hospitalized for a bacterial infection, and then later for a blood clot in his leg. He was released from the hospital on Friday. Although a date has not yet been determined, Senator Isakson has agreed to give the Getzen Lecture at a later date.
