During legislative sessions of the Tennessee General Assembly, Scott supports the executive director of the Division of Benefits Administration by drafting bill analyses and fiscal note support forms for all introduced bills that could or would impact the state group health insurance program. When the Tennessee General Assembly is not in session, Scott conducts research on emerging trends and practices from other states or large employers in the health insurance arena.
