Mr. Herzog is a business bankruptcy and commercial lawyer, primarily representing banks, bondholders, indenture trustees, servicers, special servicers and other institutional lenders in restructuring and enforcing secured and unsecured business obligations. He has been involved in all aspect of the debt collection process including voluntary restructuring, repossession, foreclosure, and litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts around the country.
