Rachel Neill is a Program Officer for the Results for Development Institute (R4D), where she works on the Center for Health Market Innovations and related initiatives. In this role, Rachel manages many of CHMI’s in-country activities and supports the CHMI’s adaptation of innovation portfolio, which helps support innovators to improve, scale and grow by adapting “what works”. Rachel also works on “doing development differently” by thinking through new models of market facilitation, public private collaboration, and innovation in public health.

Prior to joining R4D, Rachel was a Development Associate at the Fund for Global Human Rights, a public human rights foundation that provides funding to local, front-line human rights organizations in eighteen countries around the world. Rachel’s past positions include an internship at USAID’s Bureau for Africa, and writing curriculum for a Somalia teaching module at UC-Berkeley.
