As the Executive Director of the Development Authority of Elbert County, Elberton, and Bowman, it is Ms. Eavenson’s job to collaborate with local government officials and civic organizations to recruit investment into the community through business recruitment, retention, and expansion policies. It is the goal of the Development Authority to bring in jobs to the area to increase opportunities for our local and regional workforce. The end goal is an improved quality of life for area residents and visitors.
